Marc Brunnel

Marc Brunnel (born August29,1990 in Nairobi) is an international Kenyan, singjay (Dancehall & Reggae Artist) – song writer and a businessman. He is commonly known by his fans as Marc Brunnel Music. Marc Brunnel is the last born in the family of two,him and his big sister Jennifer. The young Marc was exposed to a wide variety of music from a tender age but reggae and old school dancehall dominated his play list. At the age of 10 his favourite artist included Bob Marley, Sanchez, Glen Washington, and Fred McGregor all of whose lyrics he would write down,memorize and perform them later for the entertainment of friends and family. EARLY CAREER Marc decided to hone his skills and concentrate on music. He would practice his art on weekends with his friends and usually would write lyrics and perform to his peers. The singer/dj recorded his first song called (Can’t forget) in Kibera, Nairobi Kenya in 2008 and he went on to record more songs. CAREER ROUTE In 2010 he recorded his first ever hit song that got favorable airplay. The song (Certified Hustler) featured a local Kenyan artiste. The song helped Marc Brunnel's talent to be recognized because of its air play on radio and in clubs. Internationally Marc Brunnel has worked with many producers from different countries due to his international appeal. He has worked with K.em Production & HypeYawdz Records both based in the U.S.A. Marc Brunnel has also worked with BurnOut Records & Armz House Records based in Jamaica,Dj Karim of Stainless Music(NewYork/Jamaica),Abra Tribe from Zimbabwe, Herbert Sound Makers & Alz Analytic from Uganda, Bassline Rock Music from UK. In Kenya Marc is working closely with Hype Masters Records with his two producers,Dj Aaron & J Zero. Marc Brunnel's popular songs include Gie Dem,So In Love,Jamaican Gal,Dem Nuh Badda and many more.  COLLABORATIONS Marc Brunnel is currently working on an album which will be released in 2016. The album will mostly feature collaborations from artists based in different countries including Jamaica,USA,United Kingdom,Uganda and Kenya. It will also have new singles from the singjay.
